Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you can do so free of charge up until 14 days prior to rental period, after which you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.  Bookings are non-refundable 1 week prior to rental period. All refunds are at the discretion of Heat Retreat.
